Vincent R. Whey graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1990 and in 1993 received his designation as a Chartered Accountant. Mr. Whey joined Whey & Whey, Chartered Accountants as Partner in 1995. As Managing Partner of Whey & Whey, Chartered Accountants, Vincent is responsible for the direction of daily operations and the accounting team, as well as the provision of accounting and taxation services to clients.

Vincent is a licensed Chartered Accountant with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Newfoundland, and is recognized as a General Consultant by the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency.
